Facilities: Audiovisual presentation system, speakers' platform, lectern, discussion panel for four speakers, four (4) wired & two (2) wireless microphones, dimmer for lighting, sound absorption panels, air-conditioning system, independent reception, separate lobby.

Rental Fees for Exhibitors: €1,000 for 2 hours | €4,000 for the full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Rental Fees for non-Exhibitors: €1,700 for 2 hours | €6,000 for the full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.
